First of all, we knew this wedding was going to be a perfect party for two! On our initial meeting with Jared and Shelby we dabbled in a little Clemson vs. Gamecock discussion and quickly realized it was going to be a house divided. But they graciously support the other team when their choice is not playing! We then immediately fell in love with their cotton themed wedding. The Loom at Cotton Mill Place needs no explanation of how perfect the venue is for a simple and classic wedding. The string lights, large round lanterns and old historic wood floors make any brides wedding a DIY dream. Shelby even created cotton boutonnieres for the groomsmen to wear. How fitting!
The day could not have started any better (or easier to be honest!) when we arrived and Shelby’s hairstylist had already positioned her in front of the large windows. Hello perfect lighting! Not to mention The Loom’s bridal suite has the perfect window that acts as a mirror on one side. The wedding colors were a perfect blend of navy’s, charcoals, orange and yellow Fall accents. A seamless contrast against the bridesmaids navy maxi dresses and groomsmen Vera Wang charcoal suits. Jared and Shelby chose one of the best caterers (in our book), Holmes Catering and danced the night away to The Party Machine.
What They Said about our Wedding Photography
I cannot say enough about Heather and Eric Warren. Not only is their work STUNNING, but they are two of the most genuine, caring, understanding, dedicated, Godly people that I have ever come across. They were an absolute joy to work with. Choosing them as our photographers was easily the best wedding decision I made. They made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. If you're looking for gorgeous photos taken by a great couple, these are your people. You will not regret it.
