We were lucky enough to meet Meghan and Henry through a wedding planning company called At The Heels Wedding and Events by Heather Guthrie. After a brief interaction with them at Starbucks, we knew this wedding was take DIY to a whole new level. A level we wanted to be a apart of!
Well, its true. Blind dates are always nerve-racking, not to mention awkward. You must really trust your friends if they set you up on one…one that eventually sends you grinning down the aisle. Both were raised in Mooresville NC but resided in Wilmington NC at the time. There’s something about hometowns and wanted to celebrate the most memorable moments in the place that shaped you as an individual. Hometown wedding for Henry and Meghan.
Meghan and her mom created the most astounding vintage DIY wedding we had ever seen. Her mom drove miles to antique and thrift store hop to find the perfect china. And perfect it was! Leave it to the coordinator to utilize old dressers and lace she had stashed around. And who doesn’t love pink cupcakes? Lets just say we are fans of anything vintage DIY!
What They Said about our Wedding Photography
After interviewing several photographers we decided that Eric and Heather were a good fit for our wedding. We had a blast working with them on our engagement pictures. They were both easy going and were very accomodating to our ideas. They did a great job with our wedding photos they arrived on time and got us our pictures within 4 weeks as promised. If we were to do our wedding over again we would still choose Bulletproof for the photography.
